Data protection and mobile learning.
- The Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 is enforced by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), and its General Application and Implementation Directive (GAID) of 2025 sets out how the Act applies in practice.
- Personal data may leave Nigeria only where the destination offers adequate protection or another lawful transfer basis applies, so agree your hosting location before you launch.
- Moodle 4.5 LTS gets security fixes until 4 October 2027. Moodle 5.3 LTS is supported until 1 October 2029.

We have integrated PayPal and M-Pesa so far. If your learners pay through a Nigerian payment gateway, we will scope that integration with you in the discovery call.

The Moodle app lets learners browse course content on their phones, even when they are offline, which helps learners on mobile data.
Where will our data be hosted?
On AWS, Contabo or a public cloud you prefer. Because the Nigeria Data Protection Act restricts transfers abroad, we agree the hosting location with you before set-up.
