For universities, training institutes and corporate academies in the Gulf
Moodle support in your working hours.
Hosting, Arabic set-up, upgrades and development for Moodle, with indicative prices in AED, SAR and USD.
Gulf organisations need an LMS that works in Arabic and English, keeps personal data where the rules expect, and gets support during their working week.
Riyadh shares Nairobi's time zone and Dubai is just one hour ahead, so our working day overlaps yours almost completely.
Our team brings 15+ years of combined Moodle experience, led by a founder and CTO who has implemented Moodle since 2016.

How it works
From first call to a site your team runs with confidence.
- A 15-minute call, booked at a time that suits your time zone.
- We review your learners, courses, plugins and where your data needs to live.
- You get a written plan and quote, with indicative prices up front.
- We build or upgrade on a test copy that your team checks first.
- We go live, train your admins and keep the site updated and supported.
Rules and facts to know
Data protection, hosting and currency.
- The UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) took effect on 2 January 2022. Organisations in the DIFC and ADGM free zones follow their own data protection rules instead.
- Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law is overseen by SDAIA, whose regulation on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom sets the safeguards needed before data leaves Saudi Arabia. That makes hosting location a decision to settle at the start.
- AWS already runs a UAE region and has announced a Saudi Arabia region for the end of 2026. The dirham and riyal are pegged to the US dollar (AED 3.6725 and SAR 3.75), so our indicative prices convert at fixed rates.
